Q: My name is on the list of uploaded applications, does it mean I’m already a CHED CSP grantee?

A: No. If your name is on the list of successfully uploaded applications, prepare the documentary requirements (must be certified true copies) to be submitted after applying online to CHED Regional Office VIII. Your documents will be subjected to verification. Results of the application and selection process (through ranking will be posted in June 2019).

Q: How and when will we know if we have qualified to be a grantee?

A: You will receive a Notice of Award or a text from CHEDRO VIII, but this after ranking of all applicants has been done. Posting of the results will be done sometime in June. CHEDRO VIII will still wait for the number of CSP slots that will be downloaded from the Central Office.

Q: Can we use mobile phone? Why are we not allowed to use mobile phone?

A: Please use PC Desktop or LAPTOP with PRINTER when applying online. The mobile phone does not support printing feature. That is the only limitation you need to consider.

Q: When are we going to know if my application has been successfully uploaded in your system?

A: Check the status of your online application (whether it's uploaded in the system or not). Posting is done daily with a cut-off time at 4:00PM (except on Saturdays, Sundays, and other non-working days) at https://www.facebook.com/chedro8.stufap OR

A: No, the current CHED StuFAP Guidelines only provide for priority courses/degree program.

A: Yes, this is the course that will be considered in the ranking process.
